Saule Kilaite, solo violinist, performance artist, composer and writer of Lithuanian origin. His style blends the world of classical music with that of ethnic and modern tradition. His works range from music to multimedia performances, from the creation and direction of plays to the writing of novels. In addition to some recordings of unreleased songs, his discography contains original interpretations for solo violin of the most famous covers of pop music, reinterpretation of famous pieces of classical music, soundtracks and songs taken from the ethnic tradition of different countries of the world.
His VIOLIN PERFORMANCE artistic project is based on the union of five arts: Music, Dance, Painting / Video Art, Literature and Theater. The artist has an intense series of collaborations for recordings of soundtracks and records, TV passages, theatrical performances and live concerts. Throughout his career he has been able to range between different musical styles: classical, light, ethnic, pop, jazz to reach the neoclassical current, thanks also to numerous collaborations with great international artists: Laura Pausini, Gianna Nannini, Andrea Bocelli, Eros Ramazzotti, Cesare Cremonini, Lee Ryan, David Guetta and Michael Bublé.
In 2009-2010 she was the musical protagonist on RAI 2 for one hundred and seventy-five episodes in the daily broadcast " Italia sul 2 ", simultaneously facing prestigious stages in Italy and Europe including: San Siro Stadium for the "Friends for Abruzzo" event , Arena di Verona, Teatro San Babila, La Fenice in Venice, Rossini Theater in Pesaro, New Theater in Ferrara, Regina Margherita Theater in Caltanisetta, Central Theater -‐ Ariston in Sanremo, Opera Theater in Ankara, Opera Theater in Tirana, Palaces of Congresses of Algiers, Brussels, Lugano and others.
